Update on Dad

Dad just got out of surgery.  The surgeon said everything went really well, so he’s now being taken to his room for recovery.  Thanks so much for your prayers, please continue to pray for him through the next month of recovery.

So glad to hear Gary is going to be OK. That kind of surgery can be tricky and it sounds like he was in great hands and Heaven adding a bit of extra direction to make sure the doctors got it right.

He and the whole family will continue to be in my prayers.

Please pray for April Rose. The latest doctor reports show that her heartrate is getting slower, and things do not look good right now. Please help us lift her mother up in prayer. Thank you.

  10. few things:
1st…i was praying for you as i drove through your area on April 2nd, on the way to the OBX for Tricia’s party. i had hoped you guys would make the drive over…would LOVE to meet you IRL.

2nd…my dad had very similar back surgery 1.5 years ago at the age of 74 and recovered fast and is up and about better than before.

3rd… i was visiting Patience’s twitter page…LOVE the background…did you paint/draw that? oh how i would love that hanging in our home…perfect colors. i saw it and thought of how we need to be swaying in God’s wind (plans for our lives). not breaking, but swaying as the trees have in hurricanes on the OBX for many years. SO, if you know of how i can get a copy, i would love to purchase one. well, if it’s not like thousands of dollars. 🙂

4th…i’m following Patience on twitter so i can get updates as we all await the arrival of your precious baby.

5th…if you ever get down to Anderson (NewSpring!) you have a place to stay. maybe i should have told you that BEFORE Unleash 🙂

    prayers!
